Refund/Return Policy


  1. Due to hygiene purposes the following items is not refundable:
    - Panties
    - Girdles
    - Lingerie set that includes panties
    - Sales/ clearance items
  2. All return/ exchange items must be in original condition with label tags still intact, unwashed, and unworn. If return item is in a condition where Wacoal deemed to be unsuitable, Wacoal Singapore reserve the right to send them back to the customer.
  3. At Wacoal, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our products went through stringent quality check before sending to our valued customers. By any chance if there is Manufacturing fault, we take it very seriously and we will honor a return of the faulty merchandise. Wacoal do not honor return product that is damage by abuse/ negligence/ misuse/ activities that is not intended.
  4. Return must be within 14 days upon receiving the items.
  5. Return of products is solely by mail – through our delivery partner, Ninja van. Return of products ordered online cannot be returned to any Wacoal retail boutiques or Wacoal departmental stores counters.
  6. All return/ exchange items remains as customers’ responsibility until it reaches Wacoal.
  7. Refund request made within one day of purchase will be done through customer’s credit card. Refund request made more than one day of purchase will be done through cheque issued by Wacoal Singapore.
  8. Wacoal Singapore will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) return to us excluding delivery charges (if any).
  9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wacoal Singapore Pte Ltd shall be final and conclusive.
